For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God — not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9
Our Mission is to follow through

Then I heard again what sounded like
the shout of a vast crowd
or the roar of mighty ocean waves
or the crash of loud thunder:
"Praise the Lord!
For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.
Let us be glad and rejoice,
and let us give honor to Him."
Revelation 19:6-7

Paul Tripp offers some excellent advice on how to “wait” for God’s will to happen.
“Waiting can be discouraging. Waiting can be hard. So what does it look like to wait in a way that makes you a participant in what God is doing rather than someone who struggles against the wait?”
Here are his suggestions:
Remind yourself you are not alone
Realize waiting is active
Celebrate how little control you have
Celebrate God’s commitment to His work of grace

“Waiting can be difficult. It reminds us that we're not in control. But instead of being discouraged during the wait, we should be a participant in what God is doing in us and through us during the wait.”
More suggestions:
Let your waiting strengthen your faith
Count your blessings
Long for eternity

International Ministries (IM) is releasing $5,000 in One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) emergency disaster relief funds to assist IM partners who are responding to the crisis that began last week in the Middle East. Many countries have become engaged in the conflict, placing many innocent lives in the middle of the fighting, including among our partners in Lebanon and Jordan. Funds will be used to help address the immediate survival needs of the displaced, providing emergency food, shelter, and supplies.
